Our goal is to create sustainable and autonomous hubs that can serve as an anchor for the transformation of the cities. We buy large warehouses that we renovate and isolate with solar panels and rainwater recovery tanks in order to provide long term solutions to the city of tomorrow.

Smart and sustainable hubs and parkings solutions targeted for operators looking to improve mobility in the cities with multimodal services or by supporting the transition to sustainable energy.

Recreational facilities available to improve the offer of cultural and physical activities in city centers. Intended for different types of sports rooms, Boutique Fitness, escape games, Comedy Club etc.
Lastmile
City logistics warehouses that aim to deliver goods and services within cities. These sites can be powered by medium-size vehicles at key times of day. They aim to respond to the challenges of last mile delivery in urban centers, often by using electric vehicles or bikes.

Urban properties to support retail’s & food’s operators in their goal of providing producers and consumers with fast and sustainable services. For example, local food production, short circuits industry, food delivery services.

We want to provide effective infrastructures which support the sustainable transformation of cities while making life easier for urban citizens, offering them everything they need within 15 minutes of their homes. We want each site to be carbon neutral in its operating cycle and ideally self-sufficient in terms of energy.

Lastlink is committed and aims to manage 20 sites by the end of 2023 and double that by expanding to other cities, for a total of 40 sites by 2024. The goal is to create a specialized portfolio of real estate assets and become experts in this asset class with a long-term vision. At this stage, Lastlink owns 8 sites in the Brussels region.
FOUNDERS
A combination of skills.
We are a city logistic real estate investment company created by Alphastone Fund,Julien Vandeleene and Guillaume Gosse. Julien and Guillaume created Lastlink after meeting several years ago, combining their skills to create a company that focuses on urban sites related to mobility issues and sustainable real estate development and investment.
